“You can see similar review with the liner fading. I contacted them last year for my fading in liner only after 2 summers and we had few email exchanges and I provided all the information they needed but they stopped responding to my emails. Mine is a salt water pool with chlorination levels always at the recommended range and tested every summer . Also professionally closed every winter. Their liner quality is very poor and their customer service equally bad. Please do not buy their liners otherwise you are looking…”

“I contacted Megna Pools in September 2017 regarding the pattern coming off my brand new liner which was installed in July 2017. Finally received an answer from them after contacting them again this year (2018). The response was that they had contacted the vinyl manufacturer (CGT of Cambridge, ON) who decided that I had done something to the vinyl. Neither a representative of Megna nor the manufacturer of the vinyl had even come to my property to see my pool, nor had any representative asked how I took care of…”

“Melissa is AWESOME!! I called to see if I could get a scrap piece of pool liner so that I could do a repair on my above ground pool and I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa. within 1 day of speaking with her I received a package delivered from Pickering to Ottawa of a large piece of liner identical to the one I was trying to repair. It was delivered to me a $0 cost, are you kicking me, who does that?? Now I'm not saying everything they…”

“I see that I am not the only customer who has a problem with their pool liner fading prematurely. I have had pools since 1984, both salt and fresh water and I know how to maintain proper chemistry. After two seasons with our new pool, our Megna liner started to fade on only two sides. Complaints to our installer went nowhere. I wrote a personal letter to the president of the company and didn't get the courtesy of a response. Now the coloured pattern has faded totally to white above…”
