“UPDATE: On June 8, 2026, Tucker reached out to me directly to apologize for the lack of communication. I respect and appreciate that, and I wanted to acknowledge his effort. He also advised that he now has someone in place to support more timely communication and offered to rectify the situation. “The team did a great job! I ended up replacing my filter in which the previous pool service didn't do a proper close resulting in a leak. The team did a great job with the opening and the filter replacement and would definitely recommend. Looking forward to working with these guys for the closing and for future seasons!”

“It's so unfortunate considering we have been using this company for years and this year they did not open our pool properly. They didn't remove plugs to our jets and turned on the pump without double checking and completely burnt out pool pump. (This was confirmed by another pool company) We attempted to get a hold of the owner and much to our dismay he did not respond. In the end he left us with no choice but to spend $2,000 on another pump and installation. This was after we…”

Steve the owner is very knowledgeable and has diagnosed several problems for me over the years usually over the phone which negates the need for a service call which is nice !”
