  “It was a very cold day and my furnace suddenly stopped working properly. After calling four different companies, I decided to go with Markham Heating and Air Conditioning and I’m very glad I did. There were two main reasons for my decision. First, Vijay, the owner and manager, immediately asked whether I needed temporary electric heating and offered to provide it if needed.   “We have been customers of Markham Heating since 1986. Previous owners have now retired and I truly got to know the previous owners, a family run business so well. Now in a new hands and I got the same great service as well. Tom , my service man today was great to chat with and so polite! He gave me a a very good summary of my Air Conditioner which is old and still working well. Over all a positive appointment! Thank you!!!!”

  “They took the time to really figure out the best way to handle a tankless water heater replacement in a difficult location. I shopped around and they are competitive. It was effortless dealing with them. Mitchell knows his stuff and is a great tech. And Vijay at the office handled the entire process smoothly and provided excellent follow up. I also like the system they have with texts for sending the quote, signing, and paying. They even sent texts letting me know they were on their way.”

  “I had been experiencing long standing issues with my air conditioning unit, and had called other companies to take a look, with no success.
