“Excellent to deal with. I had an issue with my pool heater. The office staff, Ashley and Angelica were my initial contacts. Very pleasant, efficient and quick to set up a service call. The technicians Taylor and Sean were excellent. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and great to deal with. The pool heater was repaired and working fine. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“The team at Scottish Gas group always provides great service. We've used them each time we have moved to install our gas appliances and most recently we needed a gas technician to come inspect a gas connection to make sure everything was safe. This was a small job but it was an emergency and they were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule. I can't thank them enough.l and will always recommend them.”

Peter and his brother communicated super well, we were always notified in advance of when they were coming, and the work was completed at the quoted price with no drama.”

“Tuned up my pool heater this season and seasons prior. It runs like a beast. Scottish Gas doesn't play around, they are punctual, affordable and do an excellent job. I love that their technicians are friendly and easy to work with. They are very respectful of my property, I know I can trust them. A pool heater is the most powerful heating appliance in your house by far, trust it to these guys to get maximum performance and longevity.”

“Mark came by to check out my pool heater which was coming on in an intermittent way. Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue was identified very quickly and a fix recommended. Just waiting for the new part and then the pool can be heated reliably as needed.”
