“Richard was very helpful in answering all our questions. He didn't push us to buy any unnecessary products. If you get offended quickly though, his humour or sly comments may rub you the wrong way. He's a straight shooter. We'll definitely recommend others to him.”

“I have been a customer at Leader Pools for 10 years now. Richard and his staff are friendly & knowledgeable. I have my pool water tested every week free of charge. The quality of his chemicals are superior over the big box store's. I also have them open and close my pool every year. I am extremely satisfied.”

“The owner is knowledgable and helpful They sell everything you need for pool servicing. I needed a couple uncommon parts which he offered to order for me. It looked like they do a lot of service calls here and everyone seemed professional. I drive 15 minutes to shop here.”

“Pathetic service. Took 2 days to open a pool because it takes two crews, one to open the pool and one to start equipment. Pool openings do not include their inflated chemical prices. Charge you double in fees on extra material and service. It’ll cost you almost 1000 to open a pool after tax. These guys are crooks. Avoid and use another service”
