“We recently had Palm tree pools install a new pool heater, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, Brent and his team were very professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. Brent helped us choose the perfect unit for our pool size and explained exactly how to operate it.The installation itself was incredibly neat and efficient. They even made sure the area was spotless before they left. Our pool is now the perfect temperature, and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend this company to anyone…”

The part that really impressed me was his willingness to make sure that my opening experience was positive even though I was not able to be there in person. “I was having problems with my pump/skimmer. I had called many pool companies before these guys but they were only suggesting new pumps and other very expensive solutions. When I called these guys I spoke to a very helpful guy named Brent. Brent literally solved my problem over text. He asked me to send him pictures and provided me with a very easy solution which I was getting asked to pay hundreds for!! Thank you sooo sooo much for taking time out of your busy day to reply!!”
