“As a Jacuzzi For Life customer even through our hot tub exchange was delayed due to the impact of the COVID pandemic we just received our brand new Jacuzzi hot tub and are extremely happy with it. All Jacuzzi staff were absolutely amazing throughout the process of the booking for the exchange, delivery and installation as well as the after installation service. Could not have asked for a better service. Very happy to be a JFL member. Would give them 10/10.”

“Thank you Matthew, Jane and JT! An overdue review as it has been a couple of weeks since they got me out of a bind. Why is it that the Jacuzzi issues come up in, or as, the cold weather is approaching?!! I needed a new gasket for the ClearRay UV Quartz tube and low and behold, I was looking for a part that was apparently not listed anywhere!! “If you’re buying a tub you can expect smiles and promises, when it packs up, expect a list of requirements as long as your arm before they’ll do anything; pay for a diagnostic wether under warranty or not, and service in about 2 weeks - despite the fact that its below zero outside and it will soon freeze up. No one answers the phone either. I would not recommend this company.”

“poor service. More than 15 calls and text messages and no response..just an AI. They restart hot tub without checking if pump was working (jocking the pump) . and with filled hot tub not working. now they will not respond at all. Also came for service at 8 PM when appt was 1-5pm.”
