“They say "people come into your life for a reason".....Garnet is one if those people. I have known Garnett now for approximately 5 years. Our hot tub is 16 or 17 years old. Anytime there is an issue, there is a person I can trust always! That person is Garnet, The Hot Tub Doctor. Just recently had cause to call him again. He's quick. He's efficient and I enjoy sitting down having a coffee with him after the work is done. He is extremely flexible, extremely knowledgeable and extremely efficient.…”

“Told us our hot tub was a complete disaster when all he seen was pictures. Didn’t even come take a look at it.. I wouldn’t even call yourself a hot tub dr. Maybe a bit rude and inconsiderate. Buddy would have make a good chunk of cash for helping and ALL that needed to be replaced was one singular straight pipe. We just had a leak that’s it… Took not even 2 hours to replace.. I’d recommend another company.”

“Garnett was simply amazing!! I initially reached out to him for some assistance for our tub. When he called me back, he not only provided us with advise including pictures (no charge btw) but when we actually needed a service call, he was very reasonable, cordial and took the time to explain everything. I would strongly recommend the Hot Tub Doctor!!”

“Absolutely disappointed.... will never use them again. How many times does it take for a professional (according to them) to fix a leak in plain eyesight? Every time they came over for a service call the hot tub needed a new part? First question out of them was.....Are you paying cash? Their solution to work poorly done is to get off the grid....never answer phone calls or respond to text messages.... no hard feelings, just the facts. Beware people......”
