“We were looking for a small, well constructed and North American made spa for our yard and found just that at Factory Hot Tubs in the form of the Azalea two person model. It feels like a much larger tub and is super easy to clean and maintain. Not to mention it holds the heat very well in cold weather despite being wired up at only 110v. Everything about the spa has exceeded expectations. On face value It was quite a bit more expensive than many of the overseas imported…”

“What a great experience dealing with Factory Hot Tubs! Very knowledgeable staff, and help make my decision easy. They set me up with a great tub with very little maintenance. Any questions that I had they were always available to answer them. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get into a hot tub. The show room is amazing and the service is excellent. They made my Hot Tub experience a breeze! Thanks again for setting me up with a great, easy to maintain product!”

“What an amazing experience! We literally have been hot tub shopping and ran into some rude sales people who seem to be stressed because of the demand. Not only was Zana very helpful, he was able to get us a tub very quickly and we will be getting it this week. He also added in so many extras and provided us with the knowledge we needed as first time buyers. Very highly recommend going here if you’re looking to get an amazing tub.”

“Best experience ever, and could not be happier with our hot tub. We had absolute faith in their products and our Antigua has lived up to all of our expectations. It is beautifully crafted and so luxurious, I never want to get out. Zana and the whole team were spectacular - always friendly and super quick to reply if we needed anything. During crazy times in the pandemic they made sure we were taken care of and the professionalism and true personal touch just made it the best consumer experience.…”

“Amazing experience!! We bought our Hot Tub from Zana. He and Peter were fantastic; they guided us through the process, listened to our needs and were very helpful. We've had our hot tub for a couple of months now and we've been enjoying it to the max! I've placed a couple of phone calls to Peter to guide me through the chemicals and he's been amazing. Overall, great inventory, amazing service from Zana and Peter! I highly recommend Factory Hot Tubs & Swim Spas!”
