“I purchased a patio dining set from their website. There was a glitch in the ordering process which double charged me but I promptly got a call from Jason. I missed it, but he left a voicemail letting me know they've corrected the payment and they've set a delivery date for me the following week. The delivery was quick, seamless and professional. I didn't even get a chance to call back and say thank you before it was all completed, so thank you!”

The buying experience was great - they explained different options then let us roam the store. This allowed us the space to think without the pressure of a sales person always beside you. “We had the best experience at Oakville Home Leisure, we purchased two gorgeous Club 1988 couches that work so well in our space. We weren’t sure how the two different styles of chairs would work so JJ who helped us, said we they could bring the floor models when they delivered our couches to try out, to see what might work best. The delivery team showed up and helped me with layout, they were so friendly and helpful, I’m still undecided on which chair to go with, but in the…”

“We had such a great experience with Oakville Home Leisure! We ordered a foosball table and when we opened it we noticed that it had been damaged in transport (not the store’s fault). Anyway, is did contact the store and they were so apologetic and accommodating, they picked up the damaged table and replaced it within a day. No questions asked. I really appreciated the service lol the way through, but the way they handled this issue was incredible. Would reccomend.”
