“We recommended Leisure Industries to our landlord for replacement of pool liner, because they are local and were helpful in balancing pool chemicals over last few years. However, was not impressed with interaction regarding installation of the new liner. They left their lunch garbage in our backyard, along with the pool trim. Used my electrical cord without permission and didn't put it away when they were done with it. Pumped pool water and sludge onto our driveway. Poor communication, unprofessional attitude and poor quality installation. Liner and trim already pulling…”

“We have been very very satisfied customers since Leisure Industries opened as a small store front. Even though we live in N Milton, 50 min away, Leisure Industies, owned by Jill and Pat, is the only pool shop we deal with. They have consistently provided exceptional service and advice.They have all our information on file so everything was arranged seamlessly when we had our pool liner replaced last week . “I had my pool built by the Leisure Industries about 4 years ago and ever since, I have continuously used their services for all my pool needs. In fact, this year I purchased a safety cover from them and once again they did a great job. They really care about their customers and have decades of experience in this business. “The sales guy sounded very nice and professional when I first met with him, but I discovered that this wasn't true. They outsource applying for the city permit and electrical work to other people (that's not the case with most pool companies since their quote usually includes that job and they take care of everything from A toZ). It gets worse, I signed a contract with them with the condition of getting the city permit, for 1 month nothing was done, so I asked for a refund of my down…”

“I purchased an above ground pool 2 years ago. It was under warranty. It had a hole in it this year?? When my husband called Pat, he was rude, blamed a tree? We don't have any trees in our yard. As well we noticed another 3 holes on the lining? We paid $8000 and this is the treatment we got. I would never recommend Leisure Industries to anyone. Worst customer service ever. They only care about making a sale.”

“My salt sell wasn't chlorinating and my heater went into LO and Joanna told me that there's been so much pollen and with salt cell on it's last legs created all this algae and plugged my filters, sure enough I went home and cleaned out the jungle inside and all is happy again. I'll be returning again for sure. Amazing customer service (10+stars)”

“The service I received from Leisure was amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations and my backyard now looks outstanding. We love our new pool and hot tub. It has been put to great use this summer and we have received nothing but compliments from friends and family. Would highly recommend Leisure to anyone!”
