“Just don't buy from this company. My last hot tub lasted almost 20 years. The hot tub I bought off them through Home Depot is the worst thing ever. I've only had it for 3 years and every year it fails in one way or another. Try to get support from them and they are terrible and do not care about you at all. “I ran into an issue with my hot tub pump and after reaching out to Canadian Spa Company the issue was literally resolved within 10 mins and the new pump was on the way. I appreciate the fact that they work to trouble shoot with you so they correct the issue the first time. Mayra was excellent and very professional to deal with. She was competent and effectively dealt with the problem. Great work! Oh and the pump arrived two days earlier than predicted, bonus!”
