“Thanks to the great service from start to finish! I had my pool liner replaced, a new filter and pool light installed, all done efficiently, on time and very professionally! The most impressive part was the plumbing staff that had to repair a broken line under the cement pool deck. These guys went above and beyond to remove our interlocking bricks, dig out underneath, then climb under to do the repair, and then carefully put everything back into place!! Wow! Very impressive!! Thanks again!!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Betz Pool. I've known this company for over 15 years. Yesterday morning, the heating went out. We were supposed to have a party for our beloved grandson's first year at 2:00 a.m., and the kids wouldn't have been able to swim in a cold pool. A mechanic arrived very quickly and fixed it, even though it was a weekend. Thanks to the Betz Pool team. May you have more happy customers.”

“Following a recommendation by a friend, we reached out to Betz in 2019 to install a custom concrete pool for our new home build. Throughout all stages of the process (quote, design, and installation) we were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. “This company has been absolutely terrible. They installed my mother’s pool a few years ago and ever since have been nothing but trouble. Issues with the pool mechanics and every opening it’s always a fight to get it open at a reasonable time. This time they sent the maintenance crew before the opening crew, then were supposed to show up to turn everything on and never did. Feels like they are just taking advantage at this point now of an elderly lady.”

“Had a gentle by the name of Juliano I believe come test the bromine level in my pool and did the job however very arrogant! Also I find very unprofessional and if I’m being honest and but uncomfortable when he tried to promote his “entertainment “ business . Great service from Betz pools overall just that worker”

“Betz installed our pool 26 years ago, we have had them open, close and maintain the pool the entire time. We have over the last 4 years had some tile and maintenance issues which was expected after this length of time. The renovation team did an outstanding job beyond my expectations to deal with this. We highly recommend Betz and their amazing staff for all your pool needs!”
