I have never owned a pool before so I have zero knowledge/experience and Kiel, Evan, and Ian were all super patient and helpful in answering what some probably consider basic questions (i asked some more than once). “This team truly delivered for us - we had multiple issues with our pool and they did so much more than just solve them. They were straightforward, honest and didn’t overcharge or under-inform us. We were never rushed - they took the time to explain things so we could do better in the future. I trust these guys and really only want them helping us with our pool. “During one of the coldest weather days this year my hot tub decided to stop heating. I was referred to Aquaworx, specifically Kiel by a friend who had a good experience with his hot tub assessment. He did not go ahead with the repairs but what I appreciated was the fact that they don't just throw parts at the problem hoping to fix it.
