“Last summer we had Ace Pools build out our backyard getaway - the entire experience was A+; from the initial sales consultation, to planning, to the transition of work from hardscape, to pool, to landscape, and everything in between....just a consistently high level of customer service. “ACE Pools installed my pool and landscaping 3 years ago and it cost me roughly $140k. The pool was leaking from day 1 and they returned 6 times over 2 years but couldn't find the leak. They advised me to call a company specializing in leak detection, which I did and they charged me $500 to find a small crack in the stairs. Ace pools refused to inspect the crack and immediately said it was my fault, refused to repair it and they refused to cover the $500 fee from…”

“We had an exceptional experience working with Ace Pools who completed construction of our pool in May 2021. We also had a considerable amount of landscaping to complete as well as building a new deck and a fence. “Our family are local Stouffville residents. We hired Ace property (same as Ace Pool) for snow plow 3 years. Their service improves year by year! Highly recommended! Their service was especially impressive during the 3-days snow storm last weekend. Their Google form link opened for any more correspondence services requests was a great idea!
