“We had a very positive experience from the moment we walked into Backyard Pool and Spa in August. Al was super knowledgeable about the swim spas we were interested in and we were sold right after leaving the store. We purchased the Riverspace 15. It has 2 loungers and benches to accommodate people. Plus I like with this swim spa you can set the jets to what each person wants while other swim spas companies don’t have that feature. “This is like a dream store for a back yard junkie like me. Weber and BGE resellers, and all sorts of pool and spa gear. We just had our Vortex St. Louis spa installed yesterday, and their customer service has been top notch. Our experience with the sales team was fantastic and were able to make monthly payments through the winter until we picked it up in the spring.
