“I dealt with Carina at Seaway Pools in Newmarket. She sent out a service rep who fixed my Beachcomber hot tub. My hot tub was still under warranty so my hot tub was fixed without any charges to me. Thank you Seaway Pools.”

“Outstanding service providers. The team (Jayden, Carina, Bill) were understanding of the request and delivered to promise. After the service, we faced some electrical issue with the hot tub and Bill came back to investigate the issue in as little as 1 business day (considering we live in Durham region and quite far from their office) Would highly recommend them for their services. Thank you team!!”

“I have always had good service from Seaway Pools until today. They came and opened the pool and were pleasant and courteous. After they left I noticed the sand filter was leaking. Phoned and emailed a picture of the problem. Called back again. Wanted $199 in advance . Nobody could come this week. This is leaking water! Thank God my neighbour could fix it or I would have had an indoor pool as well.”

“Wendy is amazing! That could easily be the end of my review and would still be completely fine. I do want to share some details. I came in to seek help with what I nicknamed "The Hulk" as my green beast of a pool wouldn't budge for almost 2 weeks. The previous company wouldn't own their errors in closing and opening the pool properly, so I took my chances with Seaway. From the initial consultation to the installation, they were professional, attentive, and truly understood my needs and budget. Unlike some other companies, they didn't try to oversell me on features I didn't need. I also rely on Seaway to open and close my pool, and I have to give a special shoutout to Wendy at the Markham office. She always keeps me informed about seasonal sales and promotions, which has been incredibly helpful.…”

“I Viv have previously used Seaway pools for pool installation in our Woodbridge home over 10 years ago, we moved to Nobleton almost 8 years ago and went with Seaway as they are incredible with scheduling, design communication and have a great team of workers. We continue to use their service winterizing our pool, opening our pool and servicing also our Beachcomber hot tub. “Would not recommend. Did not show up for the first cleaning date that they set. Had to call two more times, finally came to open the pool, didn’t put any chemicals or turn my pool on. Left cover bunched up at the side of the pool. I called that day about the condition of the pool and was told they would come back in a week to do chemicals. “I had to find a new pool opening/closing company this year as my usual one couldn’t accommodate my scheduling and I ended up going with Seaway Pools. They managed to squeeze me in and were very responsive to all my inquiries regarding their pool open/close services. Their crew showed up as scheduled and were very professional, thorough, friendly and cleaned up after everything was done.
