“We have dealt with many companies and contractors over the years and the service that we received from Brian, the owner, and Ethan, the technician who opened our swim spa, was amongst the best that I can remember. Brian went out of his way to contact us and confirm that a service technician would be scheduled on very little notice, to open our swim spa so that it would be ready for the weekend. Brian was very courteous and accommodating and Ethan, our service technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.…”

“**Update: Brian the owner came to fix the issue and replaced the part quickly after all that he noticed/found my husband's name (purchaser) in the system. Thanks for the presents and 3 months worth of cleaning kits. ======== Delivery was arranged quickly and nicely placed on the spot we asked but customer service was terrible. I have purchased two hot tubs from them, and I have been very pleased with the performance of the product as well as the outstanding service.
