“We recently upgraded our hot tub and the entire process was seamless. Our sales representative, Melanie, was fantastic to work with. We were able to trade in our 6 year old hot tub and received a very fair, good deal on the new j335 model. The logistics and white glove service by Hot Tub Movers were equally impressive. The overall buying process was extremely smooth as the wellness store was very well equipped with so many sauna, hot tub and other wellness equipment models. “We just purchased a hot tub and had it delivered, there was an issue that required a technician to come out. Julio was amazing, he was running behind on a previous job but still came out at almost 6 PM on a Friday night. He investigated the problem and was thorough in his communication, and he left with a fully functioning hot tub and easily identified the manufacturing problem. “We're bought Clearlignt Sanctuary 2 full spectrum infrared sauna from Wellness Shop Burlington. We're happy with our purchase and customer service at this store is pretty good. The sauna is amazing. The only problem is that the sauna never reaches temperature above 66-67C.”

We had issues from the beginning with the sales representative not “understanding” what we wanted in terms of servicing for our hot tub.
