“Marc and his team were amazing! We shopped around and had 5 quotes. Marc was the one who sat with us and listened to our vision for a backyard oasis. And then his design was better than we could have envisioned. Construction started in 1st wave of covid. Crew was polite and kind and respectful. Very clean worksite and responded kindly to our young kids who were keen to watch the progress. “From early design planning in 2015 to construction in 2016, and thereafter ongoing support, maintenance and overall customer service, Marc and his team have been fantastic. In today's business environment, it was reassuring to see Marc knee deep in concrete when the pool was being built, to his continued on-site service and overall great communication. He certainly knows the personal touch and I truly feel valued as a long-term customer.”
