“My experience with Aquaspa Pools has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before signing anything. The sales representative, Angelo, was completely deceptive and misleading throughout the entire process. He made multiple promises during the sales stage that he never stood behind once construction began. When I asked to speak with his supervisor or manager, he refused to provide any contact information, which speaks volumes about how this company operates. “I had a very disappointing experience with Aqua Spa Pools and Landscape Design. From the beginning of the project to the end, Angelo made promises that were never delivered. The final work did not match what was discussed and agreed upon, and several mistakes were made during the project. As a result of these errors, I was forced to make significant changes to my landscape design, which caused unnecessary stress, additional costs, and frustration. What was even more disappointing was the response when these issues were brought to Angelo’s attention.…”

“Be cautious before hiring Aqua Spa Pools and Landscape Design. My experience with Angelo and his team was extremely frustrating. Promises made at the beginning of the project were not fulfilled, and errors in the work required significant changes to my landscaping plans. When issues were raised, they were not properly addressed. The entire process was stressful and left me regretting my decision to hire this company. Not recommended at all..”

“Evan was a pleasure to work with from the start. He and Aqua Spa pools treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism right through the entire process. The job itself ended up costing a little more than we expected but the work spoke for itself. When it was all set and done, we were very happy with our oasis. We had some Delays that were unexpected but that was the case with many things due to Covid. Overall we would recommend there services to anyone looking.”

“Working with a company that values workmanship and takes pride in the final product was very refreshing.
