“Tye and team were amazing installing our new cover and closing our pool last year. 🤩 Moving into our new home with a pool, I was concerned with my Frenchies during the closed months falling into the pool. Tye was very personable and professional taking us through the whole process. Now we never have to worry and the dogs love it!! They have already opened the pool up for us this year and we are looking forward to seeing them in the fall.”

“Had issue with my pool heater requiring replacement in Caledon. Local pool suppliers were too busy to send anyone asap. Made a call to Tye as referred by a close friend of mine and he had arranged inspection, pricing and install within a week. Great pricing on Hayward product and super clean install Thank you so much.”

“I can't say enough about how incredible TLC Pool has been! They took our five-year-old pool, which was in rough shape, and completely brought it back to life with top-notch workmanship. The team was honest and straightforward, charging me very little for the amazing work they did. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary extras-instead, they clearly explained exactly what I needed, what to replace, and what could still be used, saving me money. I'm so grateful for their integrity and expertise, and I've decided to keep them on…”

“I became a new pool owner (on top of a new home owner) a couple months ago and had no idea of how to manage a pool, let alone one that wasn't in great condition (see before/after pics). Tye was referred to me by a friend and he came and was able to get it going very quickly, which was an unexpected pleasant surprise! I find him humble, easy to work with and always ready to teach about pool maintenance. So he's excellent support whether you want a hands-off approach…”
