“We were finally near the end of a 4 year backyard renovation project just wanting to get the project completed… but with no more surprises or last-minute repairs. We installed new pavers all around the pool and decided to replace our existing 5x5 security cover with a new 3x3 cover. “I have always been pleased with the service provided by Aquanaut Pool Services. The office staff are friendly and helpful with questions and booking assistance. Opening the pool is up and running quickly and closings are professionally done. Nathan and Sean are knowledgeable friendly and willing to share their tips with the pool owner, which is appreciated. “5/5 Have used them for everything! In the first year while I taught myself openings and closings, they were great to watch do it and query. Next year I needed a new pump and the installer was so patient with my questions and genuinely personable. (That same year they were booked for closing so I used another place who went ahead and added unasked for items like a water bag and silly skimmer gizmo) The big difference I have found in different companies is the sales pressure. “I use Aquanaut for my openings, closings and all my supplies. They understand customer service and they are always willing to assist! I get my water samples tested every week and they are always happy to help - even if they don't sell you something, because it's not needed! What makes them unique... I know their names and they really care about pools.”

“I would like to send out a huge thank you to Christie and Gilles for helping me with a problem I was having with my brand new pool liner (was installed by another company) The liner had come out and the other company wasn't responding or interested in fixing the problem. I call Aquanaut Pool Services to see if they could help, sure enough they came and fixed my problem immediately after waiting for almost 3 weeks for the other company to come fix their problem. “We bought a house with a troublesome older pool. I called Aquanaut. They were recommended by several people around the neighborhood. The old owners used them as well. They do my opening/closings. They showed me how everything works, cause I was a total ROOKIE. I've had to replace equipment and Aquanaut have been very patient and helpful with advice. I test my water ever week and find their staff to be super helpful. From setting the chemicals to maintenance work my family has enjoyed our first summer in our new…”
