“I can't say enough about Reflections Pools. I went in needing to replace a jet in my pool and the staff were exceptional in guiding me through the process and helping me locate the correct jet. Once that task was complete, I found myself once again back at Reflections Pool with my Salt Water Chlorinator in hand. I had purchased a new cell (as the one I had finally died) but I needed the cap and pipe off the top of my old chlorinator. Unfortunately it was cross threaded on…”

“My family would like to THANK the great staff of Reflections Pools. Starting with the owner Dino. He was able to buy back our Hot Tub that we were no longer using. He sent over some wonderful staff members named Matt, Chris, Braden, and Gene who were able to remove the unit seamlessly from our backyard on June 9th, 2025. “Very helpful and friendly!! Dino the owner and his staff are a great, both inside the store and the crews that came to our home. We had a pool nightmare that we inherited and Reflections stepped in to save our backyard and have us swimming. The only reason for -1 star is communication. There were times during the restoration process that we just felt out of the loop when it came to scheduling of work and were left a little confused at the end of the project. With that aside,…”

“I bought a hot tub 2 years ago and the family owned business took care of everything. They showed me what to do. The chemicals to use. I take a sample in every week. No waiting. Chris closed it for me in September because I’m not a winter user. The girls are very knowledgeable. The father is the best👏. I’m very happy I am Pam Murdoch. Not Mike. Mike is my son on google”
