  “We purchased the 680 Romona hot tub about a year ago and have been enjoying it since (at least 2-3 times per week) and loving it. It was during lockdown and we made our purchase over the phone and we were not even able to try or see the tub itself. Despite all, we had an excellent experience dealing with Sue, our Sales Consultant. She helped us with any questions we had and very easy to talk to.   “My parents got a hot tub 2 years ago and their experience from sales to service with Sundance has always top knotch. Staff are helpful, prompt and professional, from the installation to service and winterizing. My parents just had Walter come to close their tub for the season and they were so impressed at how thorough and quick he was getting the job done. My dad called me after and asked if I could find out his name so they could request him again every year! Thanks Walter! 👍”

  “We just took ownership of our new swim spa. We have had a optima hot tub since 2011 and have had zero issues. When we heard sundance was doing swim spas we decided to upgrade. The service Scott and the team has given, include the post install calls. Shows the service we have seen from them over the past 15 years.”

  “We had an excellent experience buying our hot tub from Robert at Sundance. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and helped us to pick the tub best suited to our needs. When the tub was ready for delivery they coordinated everything to make sure it was quick and professional done, all the subcontractors, delivery/installation and Electricians were professional and friendly. Scott from Sundance was great to work with as well for the financing. An all around very pleasant experience.”

The buying process with Sundance was superb, the helpful staff answered all questions we had regarding the different models, delivery, maintenance, etc. When we were shopping for a hot tub we considered models from several different brands, even wet testing three different ones.
