“We called then to come check our pool heater,he told me he was coming friday morning,didnt show up,after saying the diagnostic was free,he called me saying it was $150. The worse company i ever had to deal with,no worth a phone call.”

“I had a great experience with Jim and Maxine. Maxine returned my call within 24 hours and visited my home to inspect my old heater a day later. Jim noticed a lot of rust under my heater and removed the heating element to show me it was dead. They then explained my options of a new heater element or a new unit all together. We decided to go with a new unit. Jim and Maxine returned a few days later and installed our new heater. Everything perfect, no issues”

“I have never left a 1 star review before but felt compelled to do so for other potential customers based on my recent experience. Called the sticker on my pool heater for the Pool Heater Doctor to check if the pool heater may need to be repaired or replaced. At no time during the call was there a fee mentioned. The original time had to be rescheduled because it was a no-show - understand things happen and appreciate the call for rescheduling. Was surprised to get a bill for $200…”

“These guys are fantastic, they responded quickly (within 1 day) to our request, arrived right on time, were friendly and courteous. Identified the possible causes for the problem, fixed the problem and explained how they fixed it. As no new parts were required the service call was free of charge. Even though I wanted to pay they wouldn't take anything for the call, just advised to call them back if I had anymore problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. “Had a new pool system installed in October 2021 and the heater needed a new sensor in June 2022 (common problem). Our pool company recommended the PHD and I was very pleased. The sensor issue was covered under warranty. PHD provided the number for Pentair Warranty, and after contacting Pentair to set up a warranty claim, PHD came the next day to fix the issue. Communication with them was prompt, clear and cordial. I would definitely call them again.”

“These guys are extremly unprofessional. They do not keep time commitments, miss scheduled visits and do not communicate or care about their customers. I have had 2 visits from this company, both times, no one had equipment or was prepared to work. they missed the first promised visit and have now left me with another weekend where my pool is not set up or ready for use. My reccomendation is to use any company other than this one.”
