“Beware of these people, they sell the pura vida pv2-82c. They say that they have made the controller waterproof. They stopped including the plastic shield that protects the controller from rain. The water will finds its way into the outlet on the side and there is no design change so you will fry your controller if you don't protect it from the elements. I'm going to be searching for a more reputable company to work with. Just beware of these people You will be tripping your breaker possibly frying your…”

“We purchased new pool lights from SPP for a pool renovation we had done in Aruba. It was a pleasure dealing with Dianna and Al. They were very responsive, informative and pleasant to deal with. We purchased two R10 Retro lights with the Lityard Wifi remote system. Our pool reno contractors found the installation straightforward, the system works perfectly, and the result is an amazing night time ambiance in our backyard. Thanks Dianna and Al.”

“Customer service and support is second to none with these folks. We are working through a series of issues to get some retrofit lighting functional in our older pool, and they have gone above and beyond - again and again - to ensure our complete satisfaction and function of the lighting. “This company has renewed my faith in customer service! One of our pool lights started malfunctioning and was still under warranty. I called Select Pool Products to find out what to do and they were not only knowledgeable about the products and process but super pleasant on the phone and easy to deal with. After following Deb’s instructions on troubleshooting, it was determined that somehow water had gotten into the light and was unfixable. Within 24 hours our warranty claim was dealt with and we had a new light shipped…”

“5 STAR service! A couple months ago, the team at Select Pool Products suggested the issues I was having with my pool light based on my description, sight unseen. When I brought it in for a look recently, turns out they were exactly right! Fast repair parts on site, and they have gained a Burlington customer for life. “We recently had two Argon RGB lights installed with a newpool. I called a few times with questions and staff are amazing to deal with. Even emailed Australia to be sure of the answer. I called back with questions on how to reset the colours and was forwarded to Kevin who walked me through the process. In today's world receiving spectacular customer service is a rarity.
