“Also for the Niagara Hamilton location: Worst contractor I've worked with in 24+ years in construction. Lots of promises, zero communication, poor work ethic, poor quality finishing. I had to do a lot of the work myself, including getting the permits which they had said they arranged. The workers are great, but Vicki and Jake don't listen or pay attention to what you order, and never return calls or emails. They clearly do not talk to one another. “THE WORST! They Overpromise and Underdeliver. Jake Smith the sales manager takes on too much work, overpromises and then does not communicate when he underdelivers. Delay Delay Delay. I even tried to switch pool companies to Pioneer Pools and Jake Smith called them and then Pioneer said they couldn't do my pool because of Jake Smith. They also damaged a lot of things on my property (basement window wells and destroyed my front yard). Super Shady business, never use them!”

“This review is specifically for Narellan Pools Niagara, and Narellan Pools Canada. Note: I don't often give negative reviews, in fact most times I just move on when I get bad service, but this is such a big purchase, I hope I give some folks pause before sinking over 70k in a pool with this company. “We diddnt use them for our pool but their workers in their Grimsby location are very un professional, we were going to a event and have alway parked at the garage beside there yard that was designated for parking. Now that nerallan pools has a yard there the parking lot is smaller but none of us knew this…..there employees were yelling at us and throwing cones towards our vehicles….I can understand that we can’t park there but we don’t deserve to be yelled at for it….it shows what kind of…”

“DO NOT USE THEM. THE NIAGARA OFFICE IS AWFUL. VICKI MANAGES THE OFFICE AND ORDERS AND DOESNT REMEMBER CONVERSATIONS THAT YOU HAD WITH HER 5 MINUTES AGO AND NEVER RESPONDS TO CALLS OR EMAILS. HER JUSBAND JAKE IS MEAN TO CLIENTS AND HIS OWN STAFF AND DOESNT STICK TO THE AGREED PLAN. THEY SEEM TO NEVER TALK TO EACHOTHER AND CLEARLY HATE EACH OTHER.
