“Craig and his team work with us to fix up our pool exactly how we wanted it. There was no pressure or upsells and they executed their job well in spite of our tricky scheduling. It all came together beautifully and quickly. Their communication could be a little better and more prompt, but in the end it all worked out.”

“Incredible experience buying my hot tub from Gary Kahoon, he took the time to understand my needs and hooked me up with a great tub. It doesn’t stop there, the delivery and installation process was amazing as well. I have some difficulty with the Electrician, and Gary and the owner Gary (There are two of them lol), He came to my house to meet the electrician to help identify the issue and fix it. “We are beyond happy with our new Hybrid 4 Beachcomber Hot tub! Gary Kahoon and staff were amazing start to finish and have been extremely helpful pre and post install. “I've been coming to Seaway Pools and Hot Tubs (Markham) mostly for water testing and related chemicals for some 30 years now and have neglected to say “Thank you” for the excellent service l receive from the General Manager - Gary Kahoon and staff. While I deal mostly with summer students, I sense from their demeanour that the store is well run and the hiring training process is to be admired , their behaviour speaks volume about management style.
