“Extremely happy experience! There was a leak under ground,water flowing to neighbors’s backyard when I opened the pool.Steve did a detection and found the problem. During the second time they came 3 persons,cut the concrete,fixed the leaking area,just spent 2.5hours.It cost reasonable fee. I can trust them to take care of my pool!”

“One skimmer line of our in ground concrete pool had a leak that was hidden somewhere under the thick concrete pool deck or the interlock bricks. We called Reed Pool based on a colleague's recommendation. The receptionist Jessica was polite and knowledgable, who left a very good first impression. Steve came onsite and detected two leaks. “Reedpools detected and repaired a leak in a pool water supply pipe in 2023. This year we were having another water loss issue and Steve from Reed came and determined the leak was adjacent to last year's repair. Within an hour a crew was here (hottest day of the summer so far) and affected the repair. Because the repair was related to last year's issue Reed did not charge for the fix. “We were losing 1 inch of water per day and could not figure out why. A friend of ours told us about their experience with ReedPool so we gave them a call. They came and used special equipment to discover there was 12 different holes in our liner. After about 45 minutes in the pool they were all patched with a colour of liner that matched ours and our pool is back to normal. “I am not sure what happened to my first review but if I could give Steve and his team a score of 10, I would. They are amazing! I called regarding leaks in my pool and their response time was outstanding. They came and the three of them went straight to work on each of their areas of expertise. In no time, they found the leaks and repaired them. A few days later, water was low again and Steve came back to find one of the old repairs had cracked.…”

“Our 7 year old pool started losing water. I contacted the company that built it originally and they referred me Steve at Reed Pools. I left a message which was returned the same day. Set up an appointment for a few days later. The office called to confirm that Steve was on the way and he arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He located and repaired the problem very quickly. I was provided with an unexpected discount as well. A great company and a very good guy.…”

“Very professional! Jessica in the office called to let me know they were 20 minutes away for our scheduled appointment. The service technician (Steve) that came to our home really took the time to find the leak in our concrete pool. Found the leak and repaired it on the spot. Very happy and will definitely use them in the future.”
