“Warning: Terrible service, no accountability, and unresponsive management. I absolutely cannot recommend this pool company. After spending over $10,000 on all new equipment last year with them, we received zero customer appreciation - and when things went wrong, they completely abandoned us. Here is what happened: Destroyed equipment: They closed our pool in the fall and left the pump running. We didn’t notice for a couple of months, which caused the motor to a brand new pool pump to completely burn out. Damaged cover: our pool cover caved in over…”

“DO NOT USE DOLPHIN POOLS!!! Terrible customer service, do not actually care about your service or helping you. They continuously say “oh yes someone will be there tomorrow” and it won’t be for days until you see anyone, AFTER you call them continuously asking if anyone will show up. Not to mention they “can’t get in contact” with any of their workers somehow? They do not do a good job of opening or closing the pool, they do not care about doing a good job, and their management does not…”

“There is no customer service at all! Do not buy from this place under any circumstances. Their prices are at least 30% higher compared to other places. There are two ladies working there who not only have no knowledge about pool-related products but are also very rude. When I called to ask about returning a purchase I made the previous day, and i asked why the return policy is not mentioned on the receipt, the lady was talking back impolitely and Instead of apologizing or helping, she hung up the…”

“Dolphin Pools provided atrocious service, neglecting my pool's upkeep entirely. Their incompetence led to frequent malfunctions and murky water. Communication was abysmal, with no regard for my concerns. I regret ever engaging their services and strongly advise against entrusting them with any pool maintenance. I'll never recommend or use their service again.”
