“I’m honestly not sure what some of these negative comments are about. We had them measure and install our pool liner, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They came out to measure, returned to complete the installation, and after we filled the pool, they even came back again to ensure everything was perfect. We had a fantastic experience and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new liner or an above-ground pool. I’ve also heard they sell hot tubs as well! Great company and…”

“They shipped to a warehouse an hour away and then said I had to go get it or pay another $100 bucks to get it shipped to my house.... the person answering the phone is very short and rude, we have a piece missing and 3 weeks later have still not had any resolution... customer service is not great once you have the pool. I have called and tried to use the chat option on the website with no results. Disappointed.”

“Just ordered some spa scents for my hot tub and was quite surprised to see a handful of negative reviews here. I’ve been using PTL to order whatever I need for my pool annd my hot tub over the past couple years and I’ve never had a problem when dealing with them.
