“We are very happy with the work by this company. Their outstanding technician, Collin Lee, went above and beyond to get our steps repaired during the impossible cold weather of early May. He he postponed the work several times because the temperature was too low for the product, and once because it was too windy. He made sure that he kept us as a priority as he juggled all the jobs cancelled because of the weather. Our pool is quite old, and the refurbished steps make it look so much…”

“I love how my stairs look now. Steve did an amazing job on them. I was having Paradox pool put in a new liner for me this year and I did not like how my stairs look. The Brett the pool guy told me to just have them resurfaced he knew of some companies that do it. He picked the most amazing company to do it. “My pool stairs were severely damaged from freezing ice. Before coming across Pool Step Specialists, the only option I was given by some pool companies is to replace the stairs and dig the concrete. The quotes I got ranging from 12K to 19K for the stair replacement. With fractions of the replacement cost, Colin and his co-worker did a great job in repairing and restoring the stairs. The stairs looks and feels great and just new.”

“I had a top step crack on a Sunday and I used the online form to request a quote from Pool Step Specialists. They responded at 6:20am Monday morning! Steve was great to deal with and they scheduled my repair that same week as they had space. Brett came in and explained the whole process and gave us complete confidence it’s be done right. “I must say pool step specialists have done an amazing job. on top of that they give a 4 year warranty…which in itself says how confident they are in there repair process. Corey the tech that came out was totally professional. called the day before and explained the repair process. also came the next day so due cooler weather and made sure the stairs cured properly. with out hesitation choose pool step specialists. thanks Corey and team for an amazing job💪”
