“Excellent experience with Pool Supplies Canada! In 2025, a pool liner was ordered, 2026 above-ground pool steps were purchased. Both orders arrived on time and exactly as described. The products matched the pictures perfectly, and the quality was very good. The reliable delivery and smooth ordering process were greatly appreciated. “No issues with ordering or shipping but there was with delivery. We got delayed, then driver ran out of time the following day, next driver couldn’t back up the truck so it was delayed yet another day. Thankfully the transport company knew exactly where we live and he got a competent driver to bring it on a Saturday!”

“I order a stair for my pool. It says on the description 46 inches height. I received it and it is clearly 49 inches in height which does't work for my pool.They clearly told me that it will cost me few hundreds of dollars to return it. So be aware of the "easy return policy", it could be easy but very expensive.”

“Very appropriate to shipped pump to me early than expected. Installed today, tested . Running quiet. Only thing I mark 4 star is the motor end cover was damaged. Little bit disappointed about this.”

“Fast shipping, quality products, fair prices! The only drawback is they use Canada Post, whose estimated delivery date was off by three days - and then I had to wait another day before the post office would hand over the package, (so four days late), which I had to drive 12km to retrieve.”

“They have a big warehouse in Burlington so their prices and inventory are good but if you can find what your looking for at a local store you're probably better off. I ordered a pump for next day pickup - so all they'd need to do is get the pump from their warehouse and put it up front for me to pickup. The day after placing my order i didn't hear anything so I called their customer support. The agent I got was rude and said he would reach out…”
