“Fantastic experience all around! The team has been incredibly helpful both in-store and out in the backyard keeping our hot tub in top shape. Whether it's routine maintenance, a thorough cleaning, or a full service call, they always show up knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring about getting it right. “We’ve had Main St out for 2 repairs for our hot tub, helpful during the summer for my above ground pool issues but, I have to say, called today for a hot tub leak and I have nothing but great things to say about quick response and diagnostics and repairs. Showed up and left within a 1.5hr window (I realize it’s not quite pool season) Thankyou! Service was top notch!”

“Main Street pools really did complete a dream for us! The replacement pool liner they did turned our tired 1982 built pool into what looks like a new modern pool the transformation really is unbelievable . We absolutely love the borderless pebble pattern and that it does not show dirt really at all. They were also helpful in recommending we get the stairs refinished instead of replacing which saved a ton of $$$. Their work is excellent and they are really great friendly people. 6 stars”

“Scheduled and paid for a pool opening which included $50 extra charge for tarp service, 2 bags of material removed from pool as well as pool cover returned folded back into shed or garage. At closing there was no material in the pool. After opening an entire season on leafs were at the bottom of the pool. Less than half a bag of material was removed and my pool cover is still in my backyard not put back in storage. The owner demanded $100 more to clean the pool further.…”
