“After some disappointing dealings with large chain stores over issues with our hot tub, we went local thanks to a recommendation, and so happy we did. Not only did Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs help extend the life of our very old tub but, when it came time to buy new, they were informative and efficient. “We've been customers since purchasing a hot tub from Peter in 2020. In 2021 we installed a pool, and Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs have been our trusted choice ever since. Service has always been great, but a recent experience truly amazed me. The original pool heater, purchased from another company, failed after 5 years. Very frustrating.
