“Called to get the hot tub i bought from them serviced due to a broken piece! Their service rep without knowing what the issue is said “it’s gonna cost thousands of dollars, do you want me to book you a technician!!!” I told him send someone first to diagnose and then I decide! Still they didn’t contact me and I got the issue fixed by someone else and cost me only $250! So I guess service is not their focus just sell and goodbye!!!”

“Always a very good experience. Very knowledgeable. They tests our water and never try to up-sell. 13 year old hot tub working as good as the first day with their recommendations for regular maintenance. I recently came in to find a replacement rubber gasket for our split-nut fastener from our heater to hot tub plumbing. This part is not an easy find and the time taken and determination to find the gasket was very appreciated. Hot tub is working as it should now. Thank you!”

“Superb workmanship, accountability, customer service and reliability*** We hired Gib San pool after our landscaper who came recommended by the Swim Spa company took our deposits and left after digging a massive hole in our backyard. Gib San came to save the day, they delivered as promised and they started on the project immediately. Gib San showed up EVERYDAY at 7am to 5pm. They came EVERYDAY unlike other pool companies that take on more work than they can handled and they only show up to your house an hour a…”

Here we go: Besides knowledgeable and friendly staff, great no wait water testing and an excellent choice of necessary chemicals and additives at competitive prices there is not much else to say, but thank you for your great service.”
