  “The actual business and people have been fair to deal with but couldn’t be more disappointed in the Hydropool Product. It’s all well and good when it’s under warranty constantly breaking down and leaking. They won’t replace the lemon they sold me and just keep fixing it. I’m now 6 months out of my 3 year warranty and have had 3 service trips in 6 months. 2 leaks due to cracking and 1 heater element which is conveniently moved inside a manifold to cost more to replace. $14,000 for 3.5…”

  “While this has nothing to do with this store, I've had a hydro swim spa for 5 years, and purchasing my 4th control panel. Also the swim pump already needs to be replaced. I use this swim spa, 3 or 4 months out of the year. I can't imagine what would happen if you have it year round. They are junk and probably one of the highest price spas out there. Avoid them!”

  “Not a store experience but I just want people to be aware that hydropool hot tubs have little insulation despite their marketing claims of efficiency. I purchased one recently and I am using triple the claimed hydro usage and a lot more compared to other brands of hot tubs. The insulation on the side walls is 1/2 inch of foam board. Shiny paper on the floor. Here is the insulation summary. Tin Foil and a garbage bag wrapped around the tub. Its the worse hot tub insulation and my hydro…”

  “I dealt with Jordan at the store, the sale was painless and very efficient. Good communication and great responses from all the team members. From deciding I want to look into a hot tub and contacting many places regarding it. Literally 1 week after the first message with Jordan was sent I was sitting outside in a beautiful new hot tub. Would highly recommend. Also a big note, I didn't even leave my house for this whole process.”
