“Bill! Owner of Meadowlark Way in Collingwood here. Pls return the phone calls. Come install the equipment as you promised. Or return the deposit! Otherwise we will be serving you a letter and complain to the bureau. You have been missing for more than week. I’m coming back to add more to the review. We ended up having another company finish our pool. We lost a big chunk of deposit. Tens of thousand! Never heard back from this company. Nobody ever returns the phone calls. “In summary, Bill and team get the job done as promised with a great focus on communication. We had G3 do a complete remodeling of our backyard and upgrade our 60+ year old concrete pool. “After many failed communications. POSTING THIS AS A LAST RESORT. Suppliers and trades that support you as a business deserve to be treated better and PAID! Fair is Fair!! G3 picked up a large chemical order and their cheque came back NSF. I have been trying to communicate and get this settled with Bill since Aug 7th 2024. Many un answered phone calls and text messages. Both with him personally and his office. All communications were documented and logged. I can post pictures of failed communications and text message replies…”

“My wife and I invested in a concrete year round spa and lap pool for our retirement home. I interviewed 9 pool companies and finally decided to go with G3 Pool. No regrets, they were very helpful in the design process which ended up to be a 8 foot spa with an infinity edge spilling into a 50 X 11 lap pool which is also an infinity edge. “The G3 team were very helpful and extremely responsive to all my needs. They did an excellent job and patiently answered all my questions. In this day and age where service quality is sorely lacking, the G3 team delivered ! The pool industry has a reputation of not meeting time commitments and promises, however my experience with G3 has been the exact opposite ... they were terrific !!”

“While constructing a nieghbor's pool they damaged our garage. Did not deny and made assurances over 3 months it would be repaired like new as they are not a fly by night company. Damage occurred in June, they started ghosting us in September and now November with nothing done. I see that G3 has posted a response which reinforces concerns about doing business with them. Other than the conversation had on the day the damage occurred, we did not get a single response and certainly did not make a request…”

“The absolutely worst experience with a contractor we have ever had and we have hired a lot of contractors. We also never give reviews but we are so infuriated that we finally are doing our first. This started last year when Bill the owner signed a contract committing to completion in the fall. They started a month late and then appeared to be on track for completion.
