“Called Paul at Flow pro after researching possible people to fix hot tubs. I needed a new control panel for my 10 year old tub. He ordered the part and came on time. The price was good and the service was great. They are friendly and patient if you have any questions. Will call them for any problems that may arise in the future. Good to know they are reputable and experienced. TY”

“I thought this was a hot tub repair company. Turns out it’s a life upgrade company. Incredible service from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Paul and his dad set everything up, answered all my questions, and now I just sit outside like a relaxed raisin. Would 100% buy again (if I ever leave the tub).”

“Excellent service from Paolo and his team. We had a leak in our 2 year old hot tub after our regular winter cleaning of it. I was having a very difficult time finding anyone to help. Then I found Flowpro. Within a very short time I was able to get an appointment booked to have someone come out and take a look within 48 hours. They were quickly able to diagnose and fix the leak with a new joint in the hot tub and we are back up and running.…”

“I reached out to Paul yesterday with a power issue that I was having with my older hot tub. He helped me troubleshoot the issue and was bang on correct! My Hot tub is up and running today. Paul is very knowledgeable and provided the best customer service possible. He will be my "go to" for hot tub servicing and I will recommend him with full confidence to friends and family.
