“I contacted Canadian PoolScapes for a backyard pool install. They did a phone consult and then sent someone to see the property and take measurements. I was told I'd have a quote in two days and it's been a month. I sent the individual a text reminding them but no response. From past experience, I've learned never to work with people who do not respond or follow though. Communication is so important when choosing a contractor. Unfortunately, this experience did not give me the confidence to proceed with this company.”

They're professional, show up on time, easy to communicate with, and prices are reasonable. “I have had the pleasure of having Jay open , close and maintain our pool and I couldn't be more pleased. We have a fiberglass pool with an unusual infloor cleaning system, and when our previous contractor retired, we couldn't find anyone to take over. Most companies did not want to service it. Jay, however, to our delight, went above and beyond our expectations and has done a fantastic job. Jay and his crew are punctual, polite and are always available if I need them. “We engaged Canadian PoolScapes to renovate our aging concrete pool and replace the surrounding concrete slab deck. The scope of the project was significant. The pool surface was sandblasted and a new marbelite surface was applied. The existing water level tiles and coping were removed and replaced. The old concrete slab pool deck was demolished and replaced with a new interlock slab surface. We were initially concerned about choosing a lesser known, smaller pool renovation company. “We had our pool renovated this summer with Canadian Poolscapes. We added stairs, lights, new liner, and landscaping. Jad was always available to discuss progress and answer questions. Our backyard looks amazing! It just took longer than we hoped, but it also rained a lot this summer.”

“I was desperate for help installing a Renolit liner in Quebec and had no where to go. My Quebec supplier who sold me the pool, and liner couldn’t commit a date to install it, they were already 1-2 months late. I googled and took a gamble on hiring an Ontario company; Canadian PoolScapes. Jad answered, was always responsive, committed a date and came through. In an undisciplined, uncommitted industry, Canadian PoolScapes came through.”
