  “We hired Etobicoke pool services after being referred by neighbors who had a great experience and knew we were looking for a new service company. Their staff has been great to work with and easy to schedule opening/close plus fast to respond to maintenance calls (even once giving us quick and free advice by phone to avoid an unnecessary service). I am really thrilled to have finally found a company who prices fairly, and has a skilled and knowledgeable team to help us.”

  “We were referred to Etobicoke Pool services by a friend. We are new pool owners and really needed advice on maintaining our new pool. Jonathan helped so much! He was patient and spent time over the phone to explain all the important pool elements. It was evident that he's very knowledgeable and experienced. He helped us assess the condition of the pool, prior to move in. We cannot thank thank you enough Jonathan! We are definitely using Etobicoke pools to close and open our pool in our new home!”

  “I was trying to troubleshoot my new pool heater/pump system during the labour day long weekend and I'm so grateful this service called me back right away and patiently walked me through it. The issue was resolved. I just wanted my kids to be able to enjoy the pool during the long weekend. No one else was open or calling back including my supplier.   “The EPS team is always responsive and reliable. Our old pool guy vanished and we couldn’t reach him after leaving weeks of voicemails. I had my daughter’s sweet 16 in our backyard coming up our pump wasn’t priming up, I was sure they were going to tell me I needed a new pump. Instead Jonathan came immediately and tightened up a few pipes and within minutes everything worked fine. When I asked how much I owed he refused payment and said ‘Use the pool in good health’.   “We bought a house with a pool and had no clue what was needed or how to take care of it. Mark told us about their pool school program. As it turned out, Mark was able to come and personally do the pool school at our house. He spent two hours explaining everything from the theory to the flow of water and the chemistry. My wife and I now know exactly what’s needed and we are pretty confident pool owners. I highly recommend this service. it was very informative.”

  “Incredible service. I've had a pool for over ten years and haven't had a summer where it didn't go green. After trying a number of services out there, I went searching for someone new. EPS were recommended to me by a neighbour and I can honestly say, my pool's never been cleaner. I had blue water all summer and looked forward to the visit from the pool cleaner every week. Their team is so friendly. Sad to be closing the pool soon, but looking forward to having EPS back in…”
