“I bought my first Arctic spa hot tub in 2013. My original 14-year-old hot tub stopped working. At that point, I decided I wouldn’t get another one. That idea lasted for three days and then I realized I needed to replace it immediately. I called around the various local hot tub dealers who basically laughed and hung up on me. Then I called Arctic Spas Whitby. No problem. Within 48 hours, I had a new hot tub delivered, running and ready to use that night. I was totally surprised by…”

“We recently purchased the Yukon hot tub model from Candace at Arctic Spas in Whitby. We weren’t sure what model we wanted to purchase, but with Candace’s excellent guidance we decided on the Yukon model and we love it. “I had my hot tub serviced today and I could not be more pleased. Ryan was responsible for my bi-annual service. He was friendly and professional. Ryan was also meticulous in the cleaning and set up process taking all the time needed for such a big job. Highly recommend and make sure to ask for Ryan.”
