Then I found Apex and had the pleasure of speaking with Mike who went out of his way to diagnose my tenant's air conditioning unit promptly. When he arrived at our place, he assessed the issue and found he needed to go source a specific part. “I can’t recommend Mike enough! After weeks of frustration and having three different well-known companies come to my condo and fail to fix my air conditioner (or even properly diagnose the issue), Mike came in and resolved it on his first visit. He showed up the same day, figured out the problem right away, and got my AC working again. Honestly, I was starting to lose hope, but Mike’s knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency were next-level. Five stars without a doubt - thank you, Mike!”

“I recently had Mike from Apex out to repair my aircon and have been happy with the outcome. I have an older unit in my condo and we initially thought it would need to be replaced, however the manufacturer doesn't make a suitable retrofit unit anymore and advised the whole unit/cabinet/blower etc would need to be replaced at an exorbitant cost. Mike was great at coming up with options to avoid this, and suggested we refurbish the unit, took it off site and reinstalled a few days later. We still…”

“Thank you Mike for your very quick response today, Mike was at my shop working on my tube heater within hours of my phone call today Never complained happy go lucky very pleasant to talk to. You can tell he takes pride in his work. After it was working properly he went around and adjusted the tubes and shades even though he never had to.
