We had used them in the past to service our old hot tub and found them to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. When it came time to purchase a new one, coming here was an easy decision. “The heater in our swim spa stopped working and tripped the power so we needed a repair. All Spa and Hot Tub LTD was professional, helpful and efficient. The repair tech came and worked on the spa and found the issue quickly and replaced the part. Last time I had to replace my heater, it cost almost $1,000 but this was one replaceable part and with the service call and part, only cost me $235. He offered some advice about keeping things working smoothly in the future and some tips.…”

“I called All Spa based on a referral from Taunton Pools. I had an issue with temperature over heating due to the water falling below the jets. I was super stressed! The gentleman that answered the phone helped me troubleshoot the tub over the phone. I did as directed. I still wasn’t sure it was the fix and decided to call back in the evening as I hadn’t seen much improvement. When I spoke to another gentleman, he too said that this would resolve the problem. “Carole and Dwayne always offer fantastic customer service. We purchased a spa a few years back and purchase/delivery and installation was top notch. We’ve had contact over the years and have always been friendly and knowledgable and most importantly prompt! We live quite a distance but choose to use All Spa! Thank you Dwayne and Carole!”
