“We were very pleased with the service and information we received in order to update and upgrade our 40 year old pool. We are happy with the final result. They are so friendly and thoughtful, the customer service is just at a level you don't see often these days! “I won't even recommend calling them. I called them yesterday to schedule a service can, they said will get back to you soon. After 24 hours, i FOLLOWED UP if they can come in and they committed between 4-6 in the evening. And nobody showed up, not even a single call that they are running late or couldn't make it. The fancy thing is that, they asked for my credit card detail upfront so they can charge me. Just thinking if the situation was reversed and i have cancelled it…”

“Disappointed, I was a bit concerned with some of the reviews but knew they had been under new management, they said as of January 1, 2024. I called, gave the specific details of what I needed & measurement of my pool. Guy called and told me he would be at my place between 10 & 11 on Tuesday. 10:00 no one here, 11:00 still no one and no phone call or text. He then called at 11:15 and said he would be there shortly.
