“I hired Your Backyard Haven to install a swimming pool and patio in 2022. Your Backyard Haven (Jim Grammaticopolous) left our property with several items of the project unfinished, and are refusing to return to complete the project as agreed in our contract. They are also refusing to provide warranties. They are also (aggressively) demanding that I make a final payment, despite the work not being finished. Due to Jim’s improper installation of our pool I have several large pool cracks and a large bump in our pool. Jim refuses…”

“I take reviews very seriously, I stopped myself from writing this review as I know Your back yard haven has been unable to pay for their product as the only way I could get my pool finished was to pay upfront and in advance at every stage. We have approx $2,000 left owing on our pool. THe heater only works manually, the hose he supplied was to short, we had to run our own ground for the pool as his installer forgot to run the ground. “BE AWARE! Paid in full for services and job is incomplete. Jim completed a quarter of the job and took off with the rest of our money. We have been trying to reach him for months to complete the project but he blocked our number. We've tried to contact him from other numbers and as soon as he realizes it's us, he hangs up.
