“Yorkstone Pools and Landscapes did an excellent job designing and constructing our new pool and landscape. Not only are the outcomes and quality excellent, but working with their team was enjoyable and made the experience effortless. They were professional, punctual, clean, organized, and responsive, with excellent customer service. “Working with Yorkstone Pools and Landscape has been an absolute pleasure. The Design, Timelines, quality of Contruction and professionalism was amazing. My project was quite extensive as you can see in the photos. Dino was our project manager. I felt extremely comfortable with him handling every aspect of the job which removed the burden from my wife and I. “We had our pool installed 5 years ago now. The company has been great. People need to understand that this type of install is a big one, can be messy at times however they did a fantastic job of mitigating. Weather can slow things down… be patient. I have heard the same stories you may read here about other large companies too. Steve is great and was and is always a pleasure to deal with. If I ever have questions he always answers. “Terrible Experience! If you are looking to spend around $150,000-200,000 and constantly be disappointed, ignored and kept in the dark about the whole build then this is the place for you. The head pool guy (Steve) doesn’t give you his cell number just his email so there was my first red flag. Any issues you have or questions will just have to wait until he feels ready to respond, or he just ignores it completely. We were told the pool would be complete in a month. 2 months in they…”

“Steve and the team at Yorkstone helped us make our dreams a reality. We had many challenges with permits and I was ready to call it quits but Steve was persistent and did what was needed for us to get the permits for our pool . Construction started and the whole process was seemless.
