“1 Toronto St is not even their address. They are in Orangeville ON. DO NOT send deposit to this company unless you want to roll the dice? Multiple lawsuits and they go hiding when something goes wrong as you can see from the different address.”

“Kyle, Cody, Scott and the team was outstanding. They built our dream backyard and pool. Their advice and guidance in the planning stages through to their execution and speed in finishing our pool on time was outstanding!!! Its been a pleasure working with them and I truly appreciate their follow up even after the project is completed! Thanks for building our family this amazing space!”

“We had our backyard completely redone last summer by UPLP Group and it turned out fantastic. We have a smaller backyard and wanted a tropical oasis to feel like we were on a permanent vacation. At the home show we discovered what a cocktail pool was at a different vendor's booth - for those that don't know, it's a pool / hot tub combo. We knew immediately that we wanted one and started the hunt which is when we found Kyle and Cody. They just had a good vibe to…”

“Did some work for me and parts have sunk and getting worse. No answers despite multiple times trying to get someone to come and fix it. Looks like they don't stand behind their work. I was told someone would come by to fix it - that was months ago and now no one answers.”

“Hi @UPLP, we’ve been trying to reach out to Kyle and Cody multiple times regarding our pending payment of $6,717.85 for completed work, but we haven’t received any response to our calls or messages. Please clear the outstanding balance as soon as possible - we’ve been more than patient. This kind of delay is not acceptable after the work has already been done.”
