“Hey, I'm going to be forward and honest but I truly am disappointed. He came by our place to look at our pool heater and made promises to reach back out to us with warranty information, claimed he could assist us with a warranty claim and would get back to us on Monday, but Never did! He took my information, took pictures of our pool, sent us an invoice for the inspection(which was paid immediately) and then totally ghosted us. He told my husband he'd call him back but never…”
